Sections 18(1)(g), 23(2), 135, 139(3), 207(1)(c)(ii), 210(2)(f), 236(1) and paragraph 5 of Part III of the First Schedule (as amended by section 13 of the Act of 1994)

The substitution of "widow's (contributory) pension, widower's (contributory) pension" for "survivor's pension" in each place where it occurs.

The substitution of "widow's (contributory) pension and widower's (contributory) pension" for "survivor's pension".

Section 100 (inserted by section 11 of the Act of 1994)

The insertion before the definition of "relevant time" of the following definition:

"‘pension' means a widow's (contributory) pension in the case of a widow and a widower's (contributory) pension in the case of a widower;".

The deletion of the definition of "survivor".
