(1) The Bank may for the purposes of the proper and effective implementation of Regulation 648/2012 and these Regulations, by notice in writing given to a reviewee, require the reviewee to provide to the Bank, in accordance with such notice, a report, or documents, on any matter specified in the notice about which the Bank has required or could require the provision of information.

(2) A notice under paragraph (1) shall be in writing and shall state -

(a) the date on which the notice was given,

(b) the period within which the reviewee shall nominate a person to the Bank for approval under Regulation 16,

(c) the purpose of the report,

(d) the scope of the report,

(e) the timetable for completion of the report,

(f) the matters required to be reported on,

(g) whether the report is to include recommendations,

(h) the form of the report,
