41. Chapter 2: interpretation

(1) In this Chapter -

"health or social care services" means services relating to health or social care within the meaning given by section 9 of the Health and Social Care Act 2008;

"identified individual" has the meaning given in section 36(2);

"intelligence service" means - (a) the Security Service, (b) the Secret Intelligence Service, (c) the Government Communications Headquarters, or (d) any part of Her Majesty’s forces, or of the Ministry of Defence, which engages in intelligence activities;
