(1) Subject to section 20 and notwithstanding Article 310 of the Solvency II Directive, the following regulations shall, in so far only as they apply to a relevant undertaking, continue in force as if the repealed instruments had not been repealed:

(a) the Non-Life Regulations;

(b) the Life Regulations;

(c) the European Communities (Non-Life Insurance Accounts) Regulations 1995 (S.I. No. 202 of 1995);

(d) the European Communities (Reinsurance) Regulations 2006;

(e) the European Communities (Insurance and Reinsurance Groups Supplementary Supervision) Regulations 2007 (S.I. No. 366 of 2007).
