20. Staff of Commission

(1) There shall be employed in the office of the Commission so many officers and servants as the Minister shall from time to time determine after consultation with the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform.

(2) Members of the staff of the Commission shall be civil servants within the meaning of the Civil Service Regulation Act 1956.
