Coming into force in accordance with regulation 2
The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 15 and 17 of the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000 [2000 c. 12.] and sections 1101, 1292, 1294 and 1296 of the Companies Act 2006 [2006 c. 46.].
In accordance with section 17(4) and (5)(b) of the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000 and sections 1101(2), 1290 and 1294(6) of the Companies Act 2006, a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
