Article 6 Revocation of spent transitional adaptations

(1) The following provisions (which make transitional adaptations that are no longer needed as a result of this Order) are revoked -

(a) Schedule 1 to the Companies Act 2006 (Commencement No. 1, Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 2006 [S.I. 2006/3428 (C. 132).];

(b) Schedule 1 to the Companies Act 2006 (Commencement No. 2, Consequential Amendments, Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 2007 [S.I. 2007/1093(C. 49).];

(c) Schedule 1 to the Companies Act 2006 (Commencement No. 3, Consequential Amendments, Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 2007 [S.I. 2007/2194 (C. 84).];

(d) Schedule 1 to the Companies Act 2006 (Commencement No. 5, Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 2007 [S.I. 2007/3495 (C. 150).];

(e) paragraph 1 of Schedule 3 to the Companies Act 2006 (Commencement No. 6, Saving and Commencement Nos. 3 and 5 (Amendment)) Order 2008 [S.I. 2008/674 (C. 26).];

(f) articles 3 to 5 of the Companies Act 2006 (Commencement No. 7, Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 2008 [S.I. 2008/1886 (C. 83).].
