The following provisions (which make transitional adaptations that are no longer needed as a result of this Order) are revoked -

(a) in Schedule 1 to the Companies Act 2006 (Commencement No. 1, Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 2006 [S.I. 2006/3428 (C. 132).], paragraphs 12(2) and 16;

(b) in Schedule 1 to the Companies Act 2006 (Commencement No. 2, Consequential Amendments, Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 2007 [S.I. 2007/1093 (C. 49).], paragraph 4.
