Article 1 Citation and commencement

(1) This Order may be cited as the Companies Act 2006 (Commencement No. 7, Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 2008.

(2) Article 8 of this Order comes into force on 11th August 2008.

(3) The other provisions of this Order come into force on 1st October 2008.
