Article 1 Citation and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Companies Act 2006 (Commencement No. 5, Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 2007.

(2) In this Order -

"the 1985 Act" means the Companies Act 1985 [1985 c.6.]; and

"the 1986 Order" means the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986 [S.I. 1986/1032 (N.I. 6).].
