Regulation 140 Certain fees chargeable by Supervisory Authority

(1)

(a) For the purposes specified in subparagraph (b), the Supervisory Authority may charge and impose an annual fee (of an amount specified from time to time by the Minister sufficient to cover the Authority's administrative expenses) on a third-country auditor or audit entity referred to in Regulation 135(1), and subject to paragraph (c), in respect of registration, effected or provided in relation to the auditor or audit entity under and in accordance with these Regulations.

(b) Money received by the Supervisory Authority under this paragraph may be used only for the purposes of covering the Authority's reasonable administrative expenses in performing its functions and exercising its powers under Regulation 135 and under any other Regulation of these Regulations that contain consequential or incidental provisions on, or in relation to, Regulation 135.
