The Treasury make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 47, 81D(1) and 259(1) of the Banking Act 2009 [2009 c. 1. Section 81D was inserted by the Financial Services Act 2012 (c. 21), section 100.].

A draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament in accordance with sections 47(5) and 81D(3) of that Act.
