11. Amendment of section 46A(2) of Courts (Supplemental Provisions) Act 1961.

Section 46A(2) of the Courts (Supplemental Provisions) Act 1961 is amended by the substitution of "an order under subsection (9) or (9C) of section 46" for "an order under section 46(9) ".
