Article 1
Directive 87/102/EEC shall be amended as follows:
(a) Article 1a(1)(a) shall be replaced by the following:
- in the Greek language version of the Directive:
'Τï συνïλικÞ ετη‹ σιï πραγµατικÞ πïσïστÞ επιâÀρυνσης πïυ εκισω‹ νει σε ετη‹ σια âÀση τις παρïυ‹
σες ακÝες τïυ συνÞλïυ των τρεøïυσω‹ ν η‹ µελλïντικω‹ ν υπïøρεω‹ σεων (δανεÝων, εκïæλη‹ σεων και επιâαρυ‹ νσεων) πïυ Ûøïυν αναληæθεÝ απÞ τï δανειστη‹ και τï (δανειúÞµενï) καταναλωτη‹, υπïλïγÝúεται συ‹ µæωνα µε τï µαθηµατικÞ τυ‹ πï πïυ παρατÝθεται στï παρÀρτηµα ΙΙ.',
- in the English language version of the Directive:
'The annual percentage rate of charge which shall be that rate, on an annual basis which equalizes the present value of all commitments (loans, repayments and charges), future or existing, agreed by the creditor and the borrower, shall be calculated in accordance with the mathematical formula set out in Annex II.';
(b) Article 1a(3) shall be deleted;
(c) Article 1a(5) shall be deleted;
