Article 6

Member States shall amend their national regulations in accordance with this Directive and within 18 months of the notification of the first Coordination Directive and shall forthwith inform the Commission thereof. The regulations thus amended shall be implemented at the same time as the laws, regulations and administrative provisions set up in pursuance of the first Directive.
