For the reasons set out in this Final Notice, the PRA hereby imposes a financial penalty on:
- the Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi UF3 Limited ("BTMU") of £17,850,000 for breaches of Fundamental Rule 6 and Fundamental Rule 7 of the PRA's Rulebook; and
- MUFG Securities EMEA pic ("MUS(EMEA)") of £8,925,000 for a breach of Fundamental Rule 7 of the PRA's Rulebook.
