In Schedule 14 (auditors: appointment, tenure, qualifications and remuneration) -

(a) in paragraph 10, after sub-paragraph (5) insert -

"(6) An auditor may not be removed from office before the expiration of that auditor’s term of office except -

(a) by resolution under this paragraph, or

(b) in accordance with paragraph 6 of Schedule 14A."; and

(b) in paragraph 10A(1) [Paragraph 10A was inserted by S.I. 2008/1140 and amended by S.I. 2013/496.], after "removed from office" insert ", other than by order of the High Court made under paragraph 6 of Schedule 14A,".
