27. Amendment of section 3 of Act of 1976.

Section 3(1) of the Act of 1976 is hereby amended by the insertion in the definition of "antecedent order" after paragraph (k) (inserted by the Act of 1995) of the following paragraph:

"(l) a maintenance pending suit order under the Family Law (Divorce) Act, 1996, or a periodical payments order under that Act;".
