7. Short title, collective citation and construction.

(1) This Act may be cited as the Health Insurance (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2011.

(2) The Health Insurance Acts 1994 to 2009 and sections 2, 3 and 4 may be cited as the Health Insurance Acts 1994 to 2011 and shall be construed together as one.
