(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Consumer Credit (Period of Standard Licence) Regulations 1975 and shall come into operation on 2nd February 1976.
(2) In these Regulations, "the Act" means the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
(3) The Interpretation Act 1889 [1889 c. 63.] shall apply for the interpretation of these Regulations as it applies for the interpretation of an Act of Parliament.
