(1) The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Qualifying EU Provisions) Order 2013 [S.I. 2013/419.] is amended as follows.
(2) In article 1(2) [Article 1(2) was amended by S.I. 2013/1773 and S.I. 2014/3348.] (citation, commencement and interpretation) in the appropriate place, insert -
""ELTIF Regulation" means Regulation (EU) No 2015/760 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29th April 2015 on European Long-term Investment Funds;".
(3) In article 2 [Article 2 was amended by S.I. 2013/1773, S.I. 2014/2879 and S.I. 2014/3348.] (qualifying EU provisions: general), in paragraph (2), after sub-paragraph (h), insert -
"(i) the ELTIF Regulation and any directly applicable regulation made under that Regulation.".
(4) In article 3 [Article 3 was amended by S.I. 2013/1773, S.I. 2014/2879 and S.I. 2014/3348.] (qualifying EU provisions: disciplinary measures) -
