The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 58(1), 64(1), 180, 182(2) and 189(1) of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 [1974 c. 39.] and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations: -
