73. Amendment of section 149 (amendment of Part 33 (anti-avoidance) of Principal Act) of Finance Act 2010.

Section 149 of the Finance Act 2010 is amended in subsection (2)(b) with effect from 3 April 2010 by substituting "17 January 2011" for "the date of the passing of this Act" in each place.
