Regulation 4 Summary proceedings

Sections 1127 and 1128 of the 2006 Act (summary proceedings: venue and time limit for proceedings) apply to an offence under these Regulations as they apply to an offence under the Companies Acts (as defined by section 2(1) of the 2006 Act).
