Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and application

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Companies (Reporting Requirements in Mergers and Divisions) Regulations 2011.

(2) They come into force on 1st August 2011 but they do not apply in relation to any merger or division the draft terms of which were adopted before that date.
