Regulation 8
An adjudication officer within the meaning of the Workplace Relations Act 2015 or the Labour Court may, if the adjudication officer or the Labour Court, as the case may be, considers it reasonable to do so, having regard to the illness or other incapacity of an employee entitled to parental leave by virtue of Regulation 3 or any other circumstance, direct that the leave be taken at a time other than a time that accords with Regulation 4.
