Regulation 187 Jurisdiction and procedure in respect of offences
Section 403 of FSMA (jurisdiction and procedure in respect of offences) [Section 400 was amended by section 37 of and Schedule 9 to the Financial Services Act 2012.] applies to an offence under these Regulations as it applies to an offence under FSMA.
