54. Amendment of section 71 (payment of betting duty) of Finance Act 2002.

Section 71(2) (inserted by section 91 of the Finance Act 2006) of the Finance Act 2002 shall not have effect in respect of betting duty which becomes due on or after 1 January 2009.
