Article 11 Financial promotion rules

In section 137R (financial promotion rules) [Section 137R was inserted by section 24 of the Financial Services Act 2012. ], in subsection (5)(b) [Subsection (5) was amended by S.I. 2015/910.] -

(a) at the end of sub-paragraph (iii), omit "or"; and

(b) after sub-paragraph (iv) [Sub-paragraph (iv) was inserted by S.I. 2015/910.] insert -

"or

(v) Article 17 of the insurance distribution directive,".
