(1) The following provisions come into force on the day this Act is passed -

(a) section 11(1) and (3);

(b) section 12;

(c) section 13;

(d) section 21;

(e) the following paragraphs of Schedule 3 (and section 25 so far as it relates to those paragraphs) -

(i) paragraph 5,

(ii) paragraph 13(a),

(iii) paragraph 14(1), (2)(a) and (3)(a), and

(iv) paragraph 21(1), (5)(a)(i) and (5)(b)(iii);

(f) section 27(15) and Schedule 5;
