154. Amendment of section 17 of Act of 1996.

Section 17 of the Act of 1996 is amended -

(a) in subsection (19) by inserting "or registration in a civil partnership" after "remarriage", and

(b) in subsection (23)(a) by inserting "or registered in a civil partnership" after "remarried".
