51C. This Part not applicable to motor accidents in public places.

(1) This Part shall not apply in relation to the negligent use of a mechanically propelled vehicle in a public place.

(2) In this section 'mechanically propelled vehicle' has the same meaning as it has in Part VI of the Road Traffic Act 1961.
