The Regulations incorporate new forms for the purpose of stock transfers to the schedule of the Stock Transfer Act, 1963. The Regulations also permit a transfer from the Stock Exchange Nominee to be executed under hand or, if bearing a facsimile of the corporate seal of the Nominee Company, such seal authenticated by an actual or facsimile signature of a director or secretary of the Nominee Company, would be effective.
