(1) In these Regulations -

"the 1986 Act" means the Insolvency Act 1986 [1986 c. 45, as last amended by the Enterprise Act 2002 (2002 c. 40).];

"the 2000 Act" means the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 [2000 c. 8.];

"the 2006 Act" means the Companies Act 2006;

"the 1989 Order" means the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 [S.I. 1989/2405 (N.I. 19).];

"administrator" has the meaning given by paragraph 13 of Schedule B1, or by paragraph 14 of Schedule B1 to the 1989 Order [S.I. 1989/2405 (N.I. 19); Schedule B1 to the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 is inserted into that Order by Article 3(2) of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 2005, S.I. 2005/1455 (N.I. 10).];
