Regulation 30 Authority's power to give directions

(1) If it appears to the Authority that a person has failed, or is likely to fail, to comply with any requirement imposed on it by or under these Regulations, the Authority may direct that person to take specified steps for the purpose of securing its compliance with any such requirement.

(2) If it appears to the Authority that an owner has failed, or is likely to fail, to comply with any requirement imposed on it by or under these Regulations, the Authority may direct the winding up of that person.

(3) A direction under this regulation is enforceable, on the application of the Authority, by an injunction or, in Scotland, by an order for specific performance under section 45 of the Court of Session Act 1988 [1988 c.36.] (restoration of possession and specific performance).
