Regulation 6 Amendment of the Bank of England Act 1998

In Schedule 6A to the Bank of England Act 1998 [1998 c.11. Schedule 6A was inserted by the Bank of England and Financial Services Act 2016 (c.14).], in paragraph 17(9) -

(a) after paragraph (f), insert -

"(fa) making technical standards in accordance with Chapter 2A of Part 9A of that Act [Chapter 2A is inserted into Part 9A of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 by regulation 7(8) of these Regulations.];"

(b) after paragraph (g), insert -

"(h) making EU Exit instruments under the Financial Regulators’ Powers (Technical Standards) (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018.".
