Regulation 1 Citation and commencement

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Electronic Money, Payment Services and Payment Systems (Amendment and Transitional Provisions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018.

(2) Except as provided by paragraph (3), these regulations come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.

(3) Regulations 2 and 3(1) and Schedules 1 and 2 come into force on IP completion day.
