(1) Regulation 15 is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph (2) -

(a) after "a master UCITS" insert "which is a UK UCITS and";

(b) after "two or more" insert "UK".

(3) In paragraph (3) for "competent authorities of each of its feeder UCITS" substitute "Authority".

(4) In paragraph (5) [Paragraph 5 was amended by S.I. 2013/472.] after "feeder UCITS in the" insert "UK".
