(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Central Securities Depositories (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018.

(2) This regulation and Part 5 come into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made.

(3) The other provisions in these Regulations come into force on IP completion day.
