21. Power to apply Act to unregistered companies.

Section 377 of, and the Ninth Schedule to, the Principal Act shall have effect as if the references in the second column of that Schedule, opposite the references in the first column thereof to accounts and audit, to specified provisions of the Act of 1963 were, in the case of such of those provisions as are amended by this Act, references to those provisions as so amended
