38. Amendment of section 61 of Act of 1994.

Section 61(1A) of the Act of 1994 (inserted by section 17 of the Offences against the State (Amendment) Act 1998) is amended in paragraph (a) by substituting ", section 27A of the Firearms Act 1964 or section 6 of the Act of 2005" for "or section 27A of the Firearms Act, 1964".
