(1) The Authority shall, as soon as may be after the commencement of section 8 of the Health Insurance (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2009, establish and maintain a register to be known as The Register of Health Insurance Contracts.

(2) Subject to section 11E, The Register of Health Insurance Contracts shall be in such form and shall contain such particulars relating to any type of health insurance contract on offer in the State on or after the establishment of the Register as may be specified by the Authority.

(3) The Authority shall ensure that the contents of The Register of Health Insurance Contracts are available for inspection by members of the public free of charge at the office of the Authority during normal working hours.

(4) The Authority may make the contents of The Register of Health Insurance Contracts available for inspection by members of the public free of charge on the Authority's website.
