Regulation 1 Citation and commencement

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Consumer Protection (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018.

(2) Part 2 comes into force immediately before IP completion day.

(3) Parts 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6 come into force on IP completion day.
