The Principal Act is amended -

(a) in section 105 -

(i) in paragraph (b), by the substitution of “constant attendance, and” for “constant attendance,”,

(ii) in paragraph (c), by the substitution of “relevant person” for “relevant person, and”, and

(iii) by the deletion of paragraph (d),

(b) by the deletion, in section 179(1), of the definitions of “prescribed relative” and “prescribed relative allowance”,

(c) by the deletion of section 181(3),

(d) by the repeal of sections 183 and 184,

(e) by the deletion of section 186(2)(a), and

(f) by the deletion of section 224(1)(b).
