12. Records of dissolved body

This format of the bill is taken from the text of stage 1 published on 4 February 2019 by Dáil Éireann

Each record held by the dissolved body immediately before the dissolution day shall on that day stand transferred to the Minister and shall, on and from that day, be the property of the Minister and be regarded as being held by the Minister.
