Article 15 Entry into force 

To be revoked by virtue of Sch. 1 Pt 3 to the Financial Services and Markets Act 2023 (c. 29) (FSMA 2023), Sch. 1 Pt 3 not yet fully commenced.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

It shall apply from 21 June 2015.
