Regulation 4 Amendment to the Capital Requirements Regulations 2013

In regulation 2 of the Capital Requirements Regulations 2013 [S.I. 2013/3115] (interpretation), in paragraph (1), in the definition of "capital requirements directive", before "Directive 2013/36/EU", insert "United Kingdom enactment and rules which implemented".
