A market operator of a regulated market and an investment firm or market operator operating a multilateral trading facility (MTF) or an organised trading facility (OTF shall suspend or remove a derivative referred to in paragraphs 4 to 10 of Part 1of Schedule 2 to the Regulated Activities Order from trading where that derivative is related or referenced to only one financial instrument, and that financial instrument has been suspended or removed from trading.
