Not all amendments from regs. 232(c), 242(b) and 244 of the Capital Requirements (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 [SI 2018 No. 1401] and from reg. 55(2)(a), (3), (4) and (5) of the Securitisation (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 [SI 2019 No. 660 have been incorporated into this retained EU law as some of the affected EU legislation has since been amended.
