Regulation 3.

Amendment of the Public Records Act 1958

1. In Schedule 1 to the Public Records Act 1958 [1958 c. 51. "The single financial guidance body" entry was inserted by the Financial Guidance and Claims Act 2018 (c. 10) ("the 2018 Act"), section 25, Schedule 3, paragraph 1.] (definition of public records), in Part 2 of the Table at the end of paragraph 3 -

(a) omit "The single financial guidance body.";

(b) at the appropriate place insert "Money and Pensions Service.".

Amendment of the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967

2. In Schedule 2 to the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967 [1967 c. 13. "The single financial guidance body" entry was inserted by the 2018 Act, section 25, Schedule 3, paragraph 2. ] (departments etc subject to investigation) -

(a) omit "The single financial guidance body.";

(b) at the appropriate place insert "Money and Pensions Service.".

Amendment of the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975

3. In Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 [1975 c. 24. "The single financial guidance body" entry was inserted by the 2018 Act, section 25, Schedule 3, paragraph 3.] (bodies of which all members are disqualified) -

(a) omit "The single financial guidance body.";
